To submit a price match request, first read the terms and conditions of this offer below, then submit the details via the web form below. Once submitted and received, we will get back to you with a price as soon as possible.
Terms and Conditions
1) This price match offer only applies to our monthly, 1, 2 or 3 year paid web hosting prices, and may not apply to Optional Extras or Domain Name Registrations or Renewals.
2) We can only make this offer to you via the web form below. All price match offers from us will only be valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the issue date of the offer from us. You are free to submit another request after the 7 day offer expiry.
3) This offer only applies to genuine prices offered by other providers, and we will only be able to make an offer upon receipt of the required details in the web form. We must be able to visit the provider’s website to verify prices. Price offers cannot be authorised by any other method.
4) All requests are allocated a reference number upon submission from the web form below. You must include this reference number on the order page when ordering to receive the price match offer at the time of ordering.
5) The offer price will apply on hosting accounts on either a monthly, 1, 2 or 3 year basis depending on the type of hosting you order (monthly, 1, 2 or 3 year paid), and the offer price for 1, 2 or 3 year paid accounts will apply for the first 1-3 years unless otherwise stated.
6) When submitting price details for us to consider, please bear in mind that different hosting providers offer a wide variety of price plans, options and other features within their specified prices, so we will attempt to match or beat prices based on the nearest price plan to our own hosting plan.
For example, if one price plan only offers a low number of email addresses and lower web space (i.e. 5 mailboxes and 500MB web space) we will need to consider a higher priced plan if offered by them when offering a price match due to the fact that we offer unlimited mail and very large amounts of web space, as well as a large number of included features at no extra cost with our hosting service.
7) We will always try to offer you at least a price match, or a lower price whenever possible, but please note that there is no guarantee that we will be able to offer you a price match or lower price.
8) We reserve the right to end or change this offer or the conditions at any time. Customers will always be notified of any price change prior to any renewal payments due. Please complete and submit the quick form below, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
